Thank you for your letter of the 20th inst. informing me of the concession you are prepared to make in this matter.

I shall probably advise the debtor to make an application to the Court for a Moratorium Order as regards this and any other moratorium debts he may have, so that they may be dealt with at the same time as the Corporation's application regarding rates.
